DO WE NEED TO WASH THE GARMENT BEFORE IT’S RETURNED?

No girl, you might be held liable for any "tethering" that may occur during a laundry cycle. Leave it to me hun.

WHAT’S THE LATEST TIME I CAN BOOK A PICKUP RENTAL?

Oh! Your girl just called you up and said "GET DRESSED! Were going out"? Ive got you covered. Contact me on 0210418384 or DM via instagram @trendidressrentals to check my availability. If I am available, we can make it happen right then and there. (I have had customers pick up last minute fits and head straight to their events) 

DO YOU SHIP TO CUSTOMERS ALL OVER NZ?

Absolutely, We ship nationwide. We use an overnight shipping service and post all orders 2-3 days before your event to ensure on time arrival and peace of mind. On the rare occasion that your rental DOES NOT arrive on time and you do not get to wear the outfit, I offer a store credit.

DO YOU DO POSTAL TRY-ONS?

We do not offer postal try-ons yet.   

WHAT IF THE ITEM DOESN’T FIT OR I DON’T LIKE IT?

If your rental does not fit or you just don’t like it, we offer exchanges up to 12 hours as long as the garment is in unworn condition. We DO NOT offer refunds, you may ask for a store credit. This is at your own risk. I am more than happy to provide information on sizing, and send photos of our garments on models/customers before you decide on your fit. (I'm sure you'll look gorgeous)

WHAT IF I DAMAGE THE GARMENT?

So.. you've had one heck of a night and you damaged our fit huh? Don't fret girl, just let me know, and I will send you an invoice covering the costs. You're more than welcome to pay in full or we can set up an afterpay option for ya. If it is ruined beyond repair you will have to pay the RRP of the item.

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?

Most Definitely. Select ‘pick up’ at checkout & you will receive a message from me 1-2 days prior to your event to arrange a time for pick up. Please check spam girl. Pick up is in Mangere East, Auckland.

WHAT’S THE LATEST TIME I CAN BOOK A POSTAL RENTAL?

The cut off time is 12PM Wednesday for weekend rentals and atleast 3 days before your event on weekdays to ensure on time arrival. 

WHEN I BOOK A RENTAL WHICH DAY DO I SELECT?

Please select the day of your event. It will be delivered/available for pick up at least 1-2 days before your event.

WHEN DO I RETURN THE GARMENT?

Trendi Dress Rentals offers 3 day rentals. E.g. If you hire a dress for Monday, it must be returned by 8PM Wednesday. However, if you are booking over the weekend you must return the garment by 8PM the following Monday, or for postage customers, you must have fit/s placed inside the spare bag provided and handed over to your nearest post office before 4pm on the day instructed.

CAN WE TAKE TRENDI GARMENTS OUT OF AUCKLAND?

Yes Absolutely! You may take your Trendi-fit outside of Auckland, If you are unable to drop off before the return date please let me know and I will provide you with shipping options.
